When Used in Reference to Dog Rescue, Do You Find the Term “Adoption” Offensive?

Is there a term you would prefer to see used over “adoptable”, such as “homeless” or “rescue”?

  1. my-sbblog answered: Not necessarily but If I were to rescue a dog I wouldn’t say I adopted it. I would say it’s my dog…
  2. lots-of-doggies answered: I’m not sure why this would be considered offensive. Not offensive to me at all.
  3. winter--s0lstice answered: Someone’s always going to be offended by something. I personally don’t see anything wrong with the term when referring to dog rescue.
