FALCOR DREAMING OF HOME
by Kaylee Greer
Falcor is adoptable at the MSPCA at Nevins Farm in Methuen, MA. He is waiting so patiently for his forever family. To learn more about him, visit his Petfinder profile here.
Cleo is currently available for adoption, and located in Perth, Western Australia.
Cleo is a beautiful girl who just wants to be loved and feel secure. In return, she will love you unconditionally.
She has come to us from the pound and can be initially fairly timid and tends to hide. Once she knows she can trust you, she will be very affectionate and will want to be your best friend, and nothing will make her happier than snuggling with you. She will also be protective of you. However, having been badly traumatised in the past, this may take a little while. She has been fostered with two other dogs and that helped her tremendously overcome her fears, so a home with another (or two) four-legged friend(s) would be best.
She loves going for walks but cannot be taken off the lead (but she is very good on the lead).
She is also toilet trained and a very clever girl who does not have a bad bone in her.
Because of her past Cleo needs a peaceful home, preferably with one person or a couple who spend most of their time at home. In due time, she will learn to accept new people and enjoy their company. She will need you to be patient and allow her to take the time to build trust.
She is indeed, a very special girl…a real little gem!

Ollie is currently seeking a home, and is located in New South Wales, Australia.
Ollie is a young dog - still a puppy really - who loves life and is filled with a joie de vivre which is both delightful and irresistible. Of course we can’t be sure, but we think that he is Kelpie x Teddy Bear based on his fluffiness, his desperate desire to please you and his love of cuddles. His tail doesn’t stop wagging and he has a huge grin and a happy heart - all the more remarkable because this beautiful young fellow came to us after being dumped at the pound where he faced a bleak future.
His life has now taken a turn for the better and Ollie has seized his improved circumstances exuberantly and with both paws. Ollie is possessed of meal time manners, door way manners and will sleep happily in a crate or a dog bed. He gets along well with other dogs and would be fine around even small children as he does not jump up and is not a rough dog at all. Even people who are ordinarily frightened of dogs have found his teddy bear, gentleness very beguiling. His favourite activities are to be cuddled, patted and stroked and he will roll onto his back and welcome you to rub his tummy. He will sit, drop, spin and shake hands and would make a wonderful dog for those wanting to pursue obedience, rally-o or or tricks training (or all of the above!) because he is extremely intelligent and highly trainable.

My name is HONEY. My Animal ID # is A0939534. I am a female brown and white am pit bull terrier mix. The shelter thinks I am about 7 MONTHS old.
Kisses and hugs abound when one is with Honey. If she was music, she would be the “Flight of the Bumblebee.” With her lovely coat and manicured nails, Honey looks like she was a well-cared for pet before joining us at the care center. She is an animated companion in the park, wagging her tail with all her little might at other dogs passing by. When we rest, she hops right into my lap and snuggles close, calmly watching people walk by, and of course, more kisses abound! Being only seven months old, Honey will probably benefit from some leash training; but with a girl as beautiful and charming as Honey, she will be so worth it! Honey appears to like other dogs that she meets on our walk; she appears to be housetrained. Come and meet our sweet Honey today! She’s waiting for you to fall in love!
SUPER URGENT—-TO BE DESTROYED THURDAY 7-26-12
Located at Manhattan Center
Contact information- Her time is short and too many messages could cause an actual adopter to go unnoticed. Please only contact shelter if serious about adopting.EDIT*** Honey did not make it out and was PTS. RIP little one.

Her birth certificate might say 12 year old senior, but her mind and body still say puppy! She is as lively and playful as a dog half her age. She is also affectionate and enjoys her time outside. Some might say Diamond has found the fountain of youth. She is so smart and eager to please. Diamond knows SIT, PAW, AND DOWN. She loves going for walks and chasing the ball in the run. This girl is a people pleaser and would make a wonderful companion. She is very agreeable and just enjoys being with people. Stop in and see for yourself just how youthful she is. Diamond would love to find her forever family soon so she can settle in and enjoy the summer in her own backyard. Kiera is available for adoption, and located in Los Angeles, California, America.
Kiera is a 6 year old female black and tan Rottweiler who was found on March 7th and brought to the North Central LA City shelter. Weighing 70 pounds, Kiera is gorgeous! She does have a tail which is used to constantly wag and show how happy she is.
Kiera loves to give kisses all over your face and she instantly became a volunteer favorite by kissing everybody and non-stop wagging. Kiera is extremely sweet and she seemed great around all people. Kiera was also around a lot of other dogs at our photoshoot and she seemed to get along great with all of them.
Kiera loves to be pet and she walks well on a leash and takes treats gently from your hand.
Kiera would be a perfect addition to any family home.
All North Central animals come spayed/neutered, microchipped and with full shots (including rabies).

This unnamed dog is urgently in need of a foster carer, and is located in Queensland, Australia.
This poor little guy is very timid and doesn’t appear to have had the best start to life. He will need to learn to trust again and will require a kind and understanding foster home. He is approximately 9 months old and there is little information on what sort of personality he has due to him being so frightened.
His Put-to-sleep date is Thursday 29th March.
If you think that you can show this sad guy that he can be loved, please fill out the online foster form and specify that you would like to foster him.
To apply to foster or possibly adopt the unnamed dog, fill out the appropriate forms at Australian Working Dog Rescue.

Bear is currently available for adoption, and is located in Western Australia, Australia.
Big, Beautiful & Boofy! Bear is a big baby with a lot of love to give!
At approx 65kgs, this hunk of a spunk is very placid.
Bear has been in foster care with five other dogs and gets along with them all, from big to small. He is also currently living with 3 cats and is fine.
His only vice so far is hes not good with horses, so a rural setting is not what Bear is seeking.
Bear’s foster mum has been working on his basic obedience and hes doing well and is now house-trained and good on lead, except when it comes to horses!

Simba is urgently in need of a foster carer, and is located in Western Australia, Australia.
He is currently kenneled and needs a foster family to take him in.
Simba is awesome. We can’t say too many bad things about this boy, except maybe the fact he snores a little loudly… but what male doesn’t?
Simba is good with other dogs and has his basic obedience and manners down pat. He is house-trained and good off lead, plus fab in the car.
Simba would enjoy a fairly active home who enjoys including the doggy members as part of the family.
